Pam as a Coach
Here’s how I work.
I offer workshops, keynote speaking events, virtual and in-person seminars, trademark programming, group classes, and one-on-one private coaching.
I have a holistic approach to three levels of your self:
1. Your Spirit – how do you achieve balance and maintain your ideal life?
2. Your Life – what are you lacking, and what do you need, to achieve your goals in your life?
3. Your Business – how can you hone your strengths and communicate your vision?
Here’s what my clients usually describe in their first call with me:
“I dread Sunday night, knowing I have to go back to work on Monday.”
“I believe there has to be more, but I don’t know how to get there.”
“I want more, but I just feel lost.”
“I feel like it’s time to put myself first, but I feel so selfish doing that.”
“I need a recharge, but nothing is working.”
If this sounds like you — Let’s talk.
You deserve to be happy!

I am here to empower.
As a woman, I proudly hold many traits and skills that are different than our male counterparts.
And so do you!
It has taken time to be comfortable in my own skin, and know my differences are amazing gifts from God. I am here on this earth to use them- every last one of them.
I am here to empower other lady lawyers.
I am here to empower lawyers to become partners and business owners.
Because you are amazing.
As a lady lawyer, can you have it all?
Yes! You are all!
I was a single mother, divorced after an abusive marriage. I put myself through law school and started my own practice. I was NOT confident. I was exhausted and scared.
Someone once told me, “You make it look so easy!”
I laughed.
The reality was, I was doing what I needed to do, and I didn’t want anyone to know about my struggles.
I didn’t realize, in this profession, with all my education and experience,
I could still be treated differently.
Life is different as a Lady Lawyer.
FAQ
I am a mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and coach. I was raised in rural Ohio and now live in a suburb to Cleveland, Ohio. I have lived in major cities over my lifetime both Washington DC and Miami, Florida. I am attorney and professional women life coach. I have overcome many life challenges and want to empower other women to do the same and become the best version of themselves.
Everyone needs someone to support you and guide you on life’s journey. Most successful business owners, mentors, famous people, and even athletes have coaches. The coaches role is to help elevate you to be the best version of yourself. Not every coach is for everyone. But do find the person to take you to your best you. You deserve it. If you have goals in health and fitness, spiritual, career, leadership, business, professional; a coach can help.
By changing your thinking and changing your view on things. Having coaches assist with different tools or techniques that you unique to you and your goals; helps to develop the habits and steps for you to change your behaviors. These behaviors become the foundation of your habits and allow you to continue to thrive and move forward on your goals. Many organizations hire coaches for their employees and the return on their investment has been quoted at more than 540%.
Every coach may have their own platform to get the information to the client and use various techniques. But all coaching programs have the same four goals: awareness, clarity, options/choices, action. This is all part of the goal setting. Instead of jumping to the action part and/or setting goals that are unachievable in a realistic time frame, coaches help breakdown the goals and assist with the though process and details to achieve them realistically.
Mentors usually lead or show by example and their own personal experience. Coaching it’s all about YOU! Coaches will ask client’s questions that no one would usually ask and want your insight. Coaches believe in their clients and their beliefs and help them find the answers within themselves. Coaches also help you to stay accountable to goal you set for yourself. If you struggle with a goal, the Coach assists in finding the real reason why. It’s about the YOU! Coaching doesn’t simple “give advise”. It’s about mutual learning and teaching how to fish not just giving someone the fish. It’s a collaborative effort between the client and the coach.
It would be your clarify, your choice, your goals. YOUR HAPPINESS! At Best Version of You, we use personal development and spiritual growth to get you to your goals and to be able to start living your best version of yourself. Your best self allows you the peace and contentment to serve yourself; so you can help others if you choose. Coaching is all about YOU!
INVEST IN YOURSELF.. get a coach!
Isn’t it time you invest in yourself?
Would you spend the time and money to help your daughter/son?
Would you spend the time and money to coach your employees?
If a friend or co-workers asked you if you would invest in their development, would you?
So, why not invest in yourself?
You are your best asset!
What’s the difference in between Coaching & Therapy?
While I am trained and experienced in many areas, I am a coach. I believe my role is to help you identify and overcome obstacles, implement tools and strategies, and develop a successful approach to challenges in your life. I believe it is the role of a therapist to help mitigate trauma and address mental health needs. While your success is the goal of both a coach and a therapist, the strategies, tools, and implementation are different.
What makes me different as a coach than anyone else?
I was you
I am you
I know you can do it!
I’ve spent over 16 years in family law and as a business owner. I know what it takes to make a business succeed, and, through my own trial and error, how to stay healthy and sane doing it. In addition to my years of training in family law, domestic violence, and trauma, I also have over 120 hours of training in life coaching, including coursework through the Life Coach Training Institute, International Association of Professional Life Coaches, Quantum Success Coaching Academy, JFDI Academy, and the Radical Coach Institute.
Commitment
There is no fast or free way to behavior change. That’s a hard truth. Because coaching is inherently a process, I require that you commit yourself to the process for an initial period of 3 months (90 days). While there is never any written contract, my fees are built on the 90-day structure. You may stop or transition to a different program at any time. If coaching is not working for you, you may stop at the end of any month. At the end of your initial 90-day period, we will have a review session, and how valuable coaching has been for you. If you wish to continue or switch programs, we will re-establish goals and an updated achievement plan.
Confidentiality
Worried about your baggage getting out there? Or something you said in a session becoming an advertisement? Don't. Any and all communications between us, including but not limited to any group classes, individual coaching sessions, phone calls, emails, and even the existence of our relationship, are entirely confidential and will never be disclosed without your express authorization.
